Royal National Lifeboat Institution chief executive Peter Sparkes has condemned recent abuse aimed at the charity’s volunteers. He addressed deliberate misinformation about the RNLI’s purpose and lifesaving work after far-right agitators caused unrest in Dover and Portsmouth over the weekend.
