> More than 170,000 pages of records show New York City officials knew air around Ground Zero was toxic after the 2001 9/11 attack, while publicly saying it was safe to breathe. Mayor Zohran Mamdani accuses former officials of concealing the truth to limit liability. Advocates say deaths from the dust have since surpassed those killed in the attack.
