Families with ties to more than one country are learning that their children may have unknowingly lost South Korean nationality after acquiring a second citizenship. Some say they were ordered to leave South Korea and repay benefits despite being told they could keep both nationalities. The Justice Ministry is seeking changes to the little-known dual-nationality rule.
