> Russia launched missiles and drones at Kyiv on Tuesday morning, killing three people, a day after US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner visited the region to try to revive stalled peace talks. Explosions early in the city indicated that a three-day pause in attacks agreed during their visits to both capitals had ended.
