> In a wide-ranging CNA interview in Singapore, former US Vice-President Al Gore discussed recent climate concerns, the Himalayas, powerful petro-states and fossil-fuel companies, and false claims that climate change is a hoax. He urged people to stop treating the sky as an “open sewer” and called the recent Nepal-Tibet disaster a “taste” of the catastrophic consequences of failing to solve the climate crisis in time.
