WorldMalaysia haze: ASEAN needs stronger collective accountability, says atmospheric scientist

Wildfire haze carried by winds from Indonesia has brought unhealthy air to Malaysian states. Selangor has banned open burning, while Sarawak is extending cloud-seeding operations after air quality there reached unhealthy to hazardous levels. Atmospheric scientist Jayaprakash Murulitharan says ASEAN still has an accountability gap in addressing the problem.
