Former Ministry of Social Services support worker Rae Seidel is sharing her experience and calling for changes to the system. She left more than a year ago because of working conditions, saying staff are focused on putting out immediate fires instead of completing the day-to-day work they are meant to do. She remains in the field and wants her former employer to improve services so children are not overlooked.
