> As the scale of Nepal’s floods emerges, attention is shifting to who will fund the damage. At least 12 hydropower facilities across two river basins were damaged, cutting more than 10 percent of the country’s generation capacity and affecting domestic electricity supplies as well as about $200m in annual export earnings.
