> Nine days after devastating flash floods hit Nepal’s Rasuwa district, the destruction around Syapru Besi is stark, with a waterline 50 metres above the river’s normal level. Renewed heavy rain is slowing rescue work, but teams continue searching, including near a tunnel in Rabici where the road and a hydropower station once stood.
