TechRobot trials in prison to begin for inmate supervision and incident response

Singapore’s prisons are trialling 500-kilogram, AI-powered robots to support inmate supervision, surveillance and incident response. The machines are intended to help handle disturbances more quickly, safely and effectively than relying solely on prison officers.
