TechSingapore hotels to soon access grants for AI concierge solutions

Singapore hotels will soon be able to access a productivity grant to adopt AI concierge solutions for routine tasks and certain guest requests. The initiative aims to ease manpower shortages, free staff for guest engagement and encourage more productive, future-ready hotels.
