ScienceWMO chief says El Nino could be strongest in four decades

The UN weather agency warns that El Nino could become the strongest recorded in four decades. The World Meteorological Organization says the naturally occurring phenomenon is almost certain to continue through February and is expected to become “very strong” in the coming months, while the UN chief says the world is in an extreme-weather “danger zone.”
