> Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez says Spain has found no evidence that Moroccan authorities organised July’s deadly rush into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta. Addressing parliament, he rejected allegations in a newly surfaced police report that the arrival of more than 70,000 people was a planned attempt to overwhelm border controls rather than spontaneous migration.
