> Rescuers in Nepal are working urgently to reach hundreds of workers believed trapped in hydropower tunnels in Rasuwa near the Chinese border. Catastrophic flash floods last week damaged at least a dozen projects. Crews are using excavators and controlled blasts to remove boulders blocking entrances, while officials hope some workers survived in areas the water did not reach.
