Chevron of the United States, Italy’s Eni and other foreign energy producers pledged on Wednesday to significantly expand projects in Venezuela to raise oil output. The agreements were signed in Caracas at a ceremony overseen by interim President Delcy Rodriguez and US Energy Secretary Chris Wright.
