A homeowner in Kelowna’s Rutland neighbourhood says he removed trees from his property to discourage people from hiding, storing belongings and using drugs in his yard. Kris Hyam says belongings, needles and used crack pipes have been left there, making the presence of uninvited people feel aggravating and like a violation.
