A 12-member jury convicted former gangster Duane “Keffe D” Davis of murdering Tupac Shakur in Nevada’s Clark County court. Prosecutors do not believe the 63-year-old fired the fatal shots, but he is the sole survivor of those in the car. Nevada law allows people who assist a murder to be convicted of the crime.
