> The death toll and number of missing people from massive Himalayan floods on both sides of the Nepal-Tibet border continue to climb. Nepali authorities say more than 900 people have died and over 4,200 are missing, including 590 foreigners. More than 900 workers are believed trapped in tunnels at over a dozen hydropower sites in Nuwakot and Rasuwa, where rescuers are working to clear water, mud and debris.
