> Poor weather and rising floodwaters are hampering the search for more than 3,000 people still missing in Nepal’s Rasuwa district. Residents have fled to higher ground after warnings of a second flood wave, while families in Kathmandu search hospitals, morgues and lists of names. The capital’s largest morgue is nearly full.
