> Former US Defense Secretary Leon Panetta says the United States is trapped in another “forever war” with Iran after six months of fighting and no visible end. He argues that Tehran is holding the US economy hostage by controlling the Strait of Hormuz, while threats to ships and missile attacks continue despite US mine-clearing efforts. Panetta says President Trump must find a way to reopen the waterway.
