TechSMRT invests S$6 million to make bus journeys safer and more reliable

SMRT is investing S$6 million in a Bus 4.0 command centre at Gali Batu Bus Depot. Using AI and real-time data, it is designed to identify problems earlier and speed up responses. Bus, taxi and private-hire vehicle teams will work together there to coordinate resources, including during train disruptions.
