> At least 350 people have died and more than 1,000 are missing after catastrophic flash floods along the Nepal-Tibet border, police say. Tsunami-like torrents of water and mud swept away entire villages, while destroyed roads and bridges have isolated communities and hindered rescue efforts. Officials warn the risk of another devastating deluge is growing.
