SportsChampions League heartbreak: Lyon knocked out in play-offs

Lyon were eliminated by Turkish side Fenerbahçe and will not play in Europe’s most prestigious club competition this year. After targeting a return six years after their last Champions League campaign, Lyon will instead compete in the Europa League.
