> Severe flash floods in Nepal and Tibet have killed at least 19 people, while Nepal’s tourism board says nearly 400 are missing. Nepal’s foreign minister says an earthquake triggered an avalanche that produced the flood. The disaster struck mountainous Rasuwa, north of the capital, prompting Prime Minister Balendra Shah to call an emergency meeting to assess the damage.
