WorldDozens dead and hundreds missing in flash flood at Nepal-China border

At least 31 people have died and hundreds of tourists are missing after a powerful flash flood swept through villages in Nepal. The flooding also affected Tibet, where Chinese state media warned of “major casualties.” A mudslide struck China’s Gyirong port, and Xi Jinping called for an “all-out” search effort. The death toll is expected to rise.
