Canada is matching new tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump, doubling its counter-tariffs on US steel and aluminum products to 50%. American-made milk, furniture and other goods will also face new 50% duties. Finance Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne spoke at a Tuesday press conference in Ottawa alongside other leaders.
