> Rep. Jake Auchincloss, a Massachusetts Democrat, says he will not vote for any funding for what he calls a failed and illegal war, warning Congress must keep it from becoming a “forever war.” He argues the Trump administration’s actions suggest it is seeking a way out of a war it has lost, despite its “economic D-Day” rhetoric toward Iran.
