> Nevada’s fast-moving Hawk fire is threatening Reno, with another 45,000 people placed under evacuation warnings. Officials say the blaze was human-caused but have not said whether it was intentional. About 800 firefighters are fighting it, while shifting winds have complicated efforts and containment remains at zero percent.
