TechSame body, different face: AI weight-loss videos exposed

A viral TikTok weight-loss transformation appears to show a genuine personal journey, but DW Fact Check found the same body and movements across multiple accounts with altered faces. At least 11 accounts directed users to the Her75 app through bios, comments, hashtags or video context, and some videos drew millions of views.
