Ontario’s highest court upheld the sentence for Jason Munroe, who was convicted of recklessly discharging a firearm after shooting at armed intruders in Whitby four years ago. The intruders had forced their way into his home and shot his son before Munroe took a handgun from one of them and fired as they fled.
