EconomyUS Set to Cut Tariffs on Canadian Metals, Autos in Trade Deal

A tentative US-Canada trade agreement would reduce tariffs on some Canadian steel and aluminum exports to 25% and cut duties on Canadian autos to 15%, according to people familiar with the matter. Tariffs on non-US auto content would also fall from 25% to 15%, while metals tariffs would generally be halved.
