An Ontario woman says scammers impersonating Rogers representatives used her personal information to persuade her to accept a seemingly legitimate phone upgrade. After returning several devices, she found fraudulent lines, device charges and a $2,500 loan opened in her name. Rogers has agreed to waive the related fees.
