SportsCrews put finishing touches on Washington’s first IndyCar racetrack

Construction crews are completing the final work on Washington, D.C.’s first IndyCar racetrack. The circuit will run around the National Mall for the Freedom 250 Grand Prix scheduled for Aug. 22 and 23.
