WorldQatar says it repatriated Iranian pilot’s body and denies holding three others

Qatar says it returned the body of an Iranian pilot and rejects claims that it is holding three other pilots. Doha said it invited Tehran to send a technical team to review the search operation but received no reply, calling Iran’s accusations “false” and “illogical” and suggesting they were aimed at a domestic audience. Qatar’s foreign ministry also said US-Iran talks were “far” from resuming.
