A man known as Lucky collapsed on an Amsterdam street in 2023 and was hospitalized unable to communicate effectively, possibly because of a brain hemorrhage or stroke. He had no identification, and three years later his identity remains unknown. He now lives in an Amsterdam nursing home with limited ability to communicate, while Dutch police believe he may have links to Canada.
