> International Atomic Energy Agency chief Rafael Grossi said Tuesday that inspectors found several tons of nuclear material at a Syrian site Damascus reported to the agency last month. He praised Damascus’s “courageous decision” to disclose the previously unreported site, which dates to the rule of ousted former leader Bashar al-Assad.
