TechUsers complain Vinted relies too heavily on AI for bans

Vinted has more than 17 million users in the UK, most of whom have no problems. But some users say the platform relies too heavily on AI and has wrongly suspended or permanently banned them. Vinted says disputed decisions can be appealed and reviewed by a member of its support team.
