> On returning home near Qusra, Palestinian landowner Loay Abu Ridi encountered Israeli settlers while checking the trees he had planted. Palestinians say soldiers have barely intervened during a siege now entering its second week. At the Soufan family home, settlers cut the power and erected a tent, while the army blocked the access road, trapping the family and frightening its children.
