> Israeli settlers have besieged three Palestinian homes in Qusra for more than a week, cutting water and electricity and pelting residents with rocks. Palestinian American Loay Ridi returned from Ohio to reunite with his family but became trapped with them. Israeli soldiers declared the area a closed military zone, yet were seen greeting and praying with settlers instead of removing them.
