Society4am liquor sales in Boat Quay, Clarke Quay to continue after year-long trial

Nightlife businesses in Singapore’s historic River precinct will retain extended liquor-selling hours and may apply to open new bars, pubs and nightclubs. A year-long revitalisation pilot has been made permanent, ending a 16-year moratorium on new venues; 37 applications for new nightlife uses were approved between August 2025 and June this year.
