WorldUS envoy Jared Kushner to meet Benjamin Netanyahu after Hamas talks on Gaza peace plan

US President Donald Trump’s Middle East envoy and son-in-law Jared Kushner is in Israel and is expected to meet Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The visit follows rare Kushner talks with Hamas over implementing the US-backed Gaza peace plan. Trump’s Board of Peace said last month that an agreement had been reached for the “complete disarmament” of Hamas and other armed groups in Gaza, while Israel rejected Trump’s 15-point plan last week.
