> As the siege enters its second week, 15 Palestinians, including two children, remain trapped in three homes in occupied Qusra in the West Bank. Israeli settlers and forces have cut off food, water and electricity. A UN convoy delivered supplies on Sunday, but Israeli troops blocked a water tanker from reaching the homes.
