> US President Donald Trump has ordered a reduction in military exercises with South Korea as tensions remain high on the Korean peninsula, which is technically still at war. The annual drills are intended to guard against a full-scale invasion; this year’s Ulchi Freedom Shield involves US forces and about 18,000 South Korean troops.
