> At least 11 people, including three children, were killed in Israeli strikes on southern Lebanon, Lebanon’s state news agency reported. The attacks are the deadliest since a US-mediated peace framework was agreed in June. Israel said it targeted Hezbollah infrastructure, while Lebanese officials condemned them as a threat to negotiations and Lebanon’s sovereignty.
