> Israeli settlers are waging a campaign of violence and intimidation against the Palestinian village of Qusra in the occupied West Bank. Residents say electricity and water have been cut to pressure families to leave. The IDF has formally intervened and condemned the violence, but failed to deter settlers whom Palestinians say have long benefited from soldiers turning a blind eye.
