> In the seaside town of Clacton-on-Sea, Nigel Farage is seeking to win back his parliamentary seat for Reform UK. The contest follows revelations that he failed to declare a multimillion-dollar gift from a British crypto billionaire based in Thailand. Local voters say they want to bring him down a peg, while mainstream parties have avoided the by-election as a stunt. Farage instead faces Count Binface and other eccentric candidates, whose satirical manifestos target both him and the political establishment.
