> Serial sex offender Simon Levy is being sentenced at London’s Old Bailey for killing two women and raping another while on bail for separate offences. He was convicted last week of murdering Carmenza Valencia-Trujillo and Sheryl Wilkings in 2025, along with the violent rape of a third woman. Levy was registered as a sex offender and under police monitoring when the attacks occurred. The Metropolitan Police, British Transport Police and Crown Prosecution Service have all admitted failing in their duties. The proceedings are taking place at the Old Bailey.
