HealthAgeing well: Blood-based tool estimates biological age and offers health insights

Singaporeans can now use routine blood tests to gain an earlier indication of how their bodies may be ageing. The AgeQ assessment tool estimates biological age by comparing bodily ageing with a person’s actual age. The result offers insight into possible health risks and may encourage people to take proactive steps for better health. AgeQ is based on more than a decade of research involving over 5,400 older Singaporeans and was validated in US and UK populations.
