> President Donald Trump is again seeking to restrict so-called birth tourism and birthright citizenship. He cited what he called a “very unfortunate decision” by the Supreme Court this year, after the justices struck down an earlier effort to curb birthright citizenship. Trump signed executive orders on the issue Thursday. The measures appear mainly to tighten laws already on the books and narrow recognized exceptions. Compared with an order he signed last year that sought to broadly limit birthright citizenship, this latest attempt appears more limited.
