> Local authorities said a Ukrainian drone strike killed at least 13 people and wounded 75 in Nizhnekamsk, in Russia’s Tatarstan region, on Monday. The attack on the city, deep inside Russia, was described as the deadliest to hit the country in more than two years. Analysts say the offensive capabilities of both sides now appear to be surpassing their air defenses. As a result, more strikes are reaching their targets, damaging critical and economic infrastructure, while civilian deaths rise each week.
